New restrictions for Canada’s land borders

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced a delay on taxes related to CERB benefits on Tuesday. He also said travellers coming back to Canada by land need to show they've been tested for COVID-19 in the previous 72 hours or face fines or quarantine. This measure will go into effect February 15. And for people getting CERB benefits, they can delay paying taxes on them without penalty until April of next year.
