Montreal warming tent opened in honour of Innu man Raphael “Napa” Andre

A large warming tent has been created in Montreal in honour of Raphael “Napa” Andre, an Innu-Naskapi man who died outside of a closed Montreal shelter two weeks ago. The space opened last night in Cabot Square, a downtown hub well-known to the urban Indigenous population.
