The RCMP says it looks for compassion, trust and a sense of community when searching for new recruits to police the North.

The RCMP says it looks for compassion, trust and a sense of community when searching for new recruits to police the North.

So far, however, they haven’t had much success. Now the federal police force is looking to the future and hoping for the best.
