School waited before informing parents about unauthorized blood tests: chief

A lot of anxiety and unanswered questions for parents of students at a Winnipeg boarding school run by the Southeast Tribal Council.

This is after they were informed their children could have contracted hepatitis or even HIV from a show and tell glucose test performed at their school.
