Cases of COVD-19 in La Loche, Sask., rising

A week ago La Loche, Sask. had its first case of COVID-19. That number now sits at 14. Officials say the cases could be linked from one person who returned from out of province. The mayor says residents need to follow safe distancing rules and to not travel.
