While not having enough homes to go around is a problem for many, there are communities that have unfinished homes.
Like those in the Island Lake region in northern Manitoba.
Many are forced to live without running water or sewage.
That’s why the area’s grand chief is hoping to gain allies with anyone willing to listen, including two Liberal leaders.
