A male adult and youth have been charged in the homicide of Ray Taparti Jr.
RCMP have charged a second suspect in the killing of a Rankin Inlet boy in 2017.
The suspect is a minor and cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The charge was announced days after 21-year-old Glen Kadlak Jr. of Rankin Inlet was arrested in Iqaluit, NU., and accused in the homicide of Ray Taparti Jr.

Taparti was 12 when his body was found in an industrial part of Rankin Inlet after he’d been missing for five days.
Kadlak Jr. remains in custody.
