I totally agree.u00a0 I sat in on the Aboriginal People’s Commission on Friday morning and was really impressed with the bright, young, new executive.u00a0 I wish them well in their pursuits.u00a0 I also thought Paul Martin touched on many important issues in the speech he gave, in particular relating to the cancellation of the Kelowna Accord.u00a0 I would love to see more of our aboriginal community getting involved in Canadian politics to affect the change we need.u00a0 The status quo is simply not acceptable.u00a0 I also intend to look at ways our EDA board can include more aboriginals in our meetings.u00a0 I welcome any suggestions.
