B.C. makes UNDRIP law in Canada

They said they were going to do it and they did.
This week, B.C. became the first jurisdiction in Canada to enshrine the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).
Politicians said approving the bill was important to the future of the province and all of its citizens.
