Film in Haida language making waves at Vancouver Film Festival

The film Edge of Knife is attracting some attention at the Vancouver Film Festival.

The movie is told in the Haida language and tells a 19th century story about a man who retreats into the wilderness with a feeling of guilt for his part in a tragic accident.

Plagued by spirits and loneliness, he transforms into the Gaagiixid – the Haida Wildman.
