Kinder Morgan wants to increase the flow of their pipeline from Alberta to British Columbia.
The Trans Mountain pipeline has been approved by the federal government, but in B.C. there is fierce opposition to the project. There are also several lawsuits trying to stop it.
While Kinder Morgan isn’t at the stage where it can build the pipeline it is building the infrastructure that will support it.

Don’t believe the rhetoric. Unfortunatly, the projected revenues are only 4.5 billion over 20 years. Most or all of it wiped out in the case of an oil spill. Then theres the 28 billion projected to clean up the tailing ponds. And then theres the clean up of all the abandoned wells.The BC wine industry alone brings in 2.8 billions per year.

It’s great to see this project proceeding, it’s great for the country. The taxes that support our schools, hospitals, roads, and everything else, have to come from somewhere.
But global warming is going to destroy all that.

Does anyone or media wonder why km and government are at Burnaby s. I am Secwepemculecw and not Canadian I am on Elders Council. Some 500 kilometre goes thru. And with a firm No. Perhaps or should I say I know why KM assume that the dollars the bands along existing line Have taken buys Secwepemculecw permits or approval from the Nation. The bands that took money will probably for reservations. Not Secwepemculecw. Yes Canadian assimilation stratagy. Secwepemculecw law enforcement will address the infringement of rights. Nexulecw
