The family of Azraya Ackabee-Kokopenace are still searching for answers a year after her death.
The 14-year-old disappeared from a Kenora Ontario hospital in northwestern Ontario last April.
Two days later, she was found dead.
A vigil was held for the young girl where family and supporters continued their push for an inquest.
