Report on grounded tug, oil spill in B.C. released

Last October, a tug with no crew aboard veered off course and crashed into a reef along a remote northern B.C. coast shoreline.

It eventually sank, spilling thousands of litres of diesel into the Pacific ocean.

A report was released on what happened.
