Montréal makes history by inclusion of Indigenous contingent in St. Patrick’s Day parade

For the first time in its history, the longest consecutively running St. Patrick’s Day parade in North America made a special recognition of the city’s Indigenous population.

The parade took place in Montréal on Sunday.

    It took me less then 15 minutes to connect the organiser and Al Harrington to make it possible.
    What I don’t get is…why nobody thought of it, all thoses years!
    It was well overdue, I’m proud it happened and I can’t wait to see you at the Powow May 2017 in Verdun!
