It’s Day 23 of a Manitoba clan mother’s spiritual fast.

Two weeks ago APTN National News brought you the story of Alma Kakikepinace, who is camped out and refusing to eat until she gets a new house.

In a unique twist, APTN found a news story that aired on CTV’s W5 back in 1968 that features the woman’s father speaking out about his poor living conditions.

I’m sorry but did anyone notice the filth in the bathroom. She needs to clean it up and work with the band to renovate it, not trash a brand new house.
