Mohawk leaders will have to wait to testify before the National Energy Board

Mohawk leaders from Kahnawake, Akwesasne and Kanesatake will have to wait another day before they’ll have a chance to testify before the National Energy Board.

The three communities outside Montréal were supposed to tell commissioners about what they think of the Energy East pipeline project.

But protestors shut down the hearings Monday.
