Winnipeg inquest delayed for months after witnesses say they have different things to say

An inquest into the death of a man shot and killed by police is on hold for three months.

Eight years ago, Craig McDougall was shot and killed by Winnipeg police.

The inquest was set to begin last week.

Now authorities are saying some new evidence is coming to light.
