Mother speaks of Aboriginal daughter’s death for first time ever

APTN National News
As families and organizations sit down to discuss the upcoming inquiry into missing and murder Indigenous women a Toronto mother is sharing to APTN National News about her daughter who was found dead in the 1990s.

It’s the first time she has spoken about it.

She’s speaking out now because she wants the work of police to be a main subject of the inquiry.

APTN’s Delaney Windigo has the story.
