Warmer winter causing havoc on ice roads in the north

Ice roads are a life-line for some remote communities throughout northern Canada.

They carry food and materials that otherwise would need to be flown in which is a much more expensive option.

But record high temperatures across the country are hampering construction of the roads.

And as APTN’s Iman Kassam reports, in the Northwest Territories, delays could cause a crisis.
