Nova Scotia grapples with ridding itself of ugly past

Nova Scotia’s Premier says he wants to sit down with officials with the City of Halifax to talk about what to do with a controversial landmark.

 

Premier Stephen McNeil says that a statue near the city’s harbour should be torn down.

The city isn’t so sure that’s a good idea.
