Manitoba strives to be beacon of restorative justice

Manitoba’s Attorney General believes the province will become a beacon for restorative justice in North America.

Wednesday in Winnipeg, Gord MacIntosh unveiled a plan that has the full backing of Indigenous leaders.

The five year plan includes a nine person panel to significantly increase referrals to restorative justice programs.
