Kahnawake council says something stinks about Montreal’s planned raw sewage dump

At one minute past midnight Wednesday, the city of Montreal will start to dump eight billion litres of untreated sewage into the St. Lawrence river.

The plan to then renovate an already crumbling infrastructure system below ground.

But municipalities around Montreal and the Kahnawake council are not pleased with the plan.
