Federal Court gives green light to residential day-school students class action lawsuit

The Tk’emlups te Secwépemc and Shishalh Indian Bands have been given the green light by the Federal Court to proceed with a class action lawsuit on behalf of former Indian residential school day students.

Day-school students were not included in the Indian residential school settlement agreement.
