Families speak out ahead of national roundtable

It was an emotional day for the families of murdered and missing Indigenous women.

The day started with a sharing circle and for some it was the first time they have ever shared their stories with others.

Some family members said it was difficult, yet therapeutic to talk about their loved ones.

APTN’s Delaney Windigo spoke to some family members.
