Family arrives in Winnipeg to comfort Rinelle Harper who is now ‘talking, drinking water’

It’s a case that Winnipeg police say has shocked many on the force.

A horrific attack and sexual assault on a 16 year-old First Nation girl who ended up dumped in the frigid waters of a local river.

The girl survived the attack and on Wednesday police announced arrests in the case. APTN’s Tim Fontaine has this story.
