An 11 year old girl is turning away from chemotherapy and choosing traditional medicine to help cure her leukemia.
Makayla Sault has acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Her physicians are now threatening to turn to children’s aids services to force treatment.

I seriously doubt that this is the child’s idea. However, after reading the entire article about the possible violence, I think the government has to leave her alone and let her die from the ALL. There is 100% death rate with untreated ALL. I do think the band and the family need to sign off, stating that they take full responsibility if the child dies. If idiots want to believe in magic, maybe this will save the next native child when he or she is diagnosed with leukemia.
