Owners say the business belongs to them since they invested in it.

The band who owns the land where the business is says not so fast.

    all it comes down to is..which of these individuals are gonna gain all the monies that trickle through this gas bar..meanwhile back in roseau river things are still the same as they were when Chief Ken Henry Jr first got into office…he dwells in the full scope of nepotism and as an elder of my community, i would challenge the present chief of roseau river to start living and working with his people here in the community!! obviously hes worked hard to get this recognition of taking over this gas bar..for what??? to keep filling his pockets and his proteges bank accounts!!! the chief moved alot of money out of the community without even batting an eyelash and or thinking of the community’s needs..
