Cutbacks may lead to deaths on-reserve: Saskatchewan’s Children’s Advocate

Saskatchewan’s Children’s Advocate Bob Pringle is standing up against federal cutbacks to early intervention programs for children on-reserve.

More than 500 children have reportedly died in the last two decades while in care of the province or within 12 months of receiving services.

Pringle believes that number could rise because of funding cuts.
