A Winnipeg woman is filing a formal complaint with Manitoba health.
She’s suffering from kidney cancer and waited nine hours to see a doctor while in severe pain.
She also says she was treated with disrespect by a nurse.

My recommendation, see a lawyer and build a case againts the health region. The Charter of Rights alone should be solid enough to sue them with what ever hardship you had to endure..and im sure there will be a lawyer happy to take on your case as this would involve thousands if not millions of dollars that they could loose. That should grab the health region attention.
