Halifax police expected to lay charges soon in Loretta Saunders’ murder

Police are now treating Loretta Saunders’ disappearance as a homicide.

The 26-year-old pregnant Inuk Woman went missing close to two weeks ago.

On late afternoon of the 26th of February 2014 police found her body along a New Brunswick highway.

Last week, two people were arrested for stealing Saunders car when it was found in Ontario.

Blake Leggette and Victoria Henneberry are in custody in Halifax.

Police have yet to lay new charges, but are not looking for anyone else.
