It began with a devastating series of reports in Alberta newspapers.

Nearly 150 children dead and all in provincial care.

After an uproar the government vowed to take action.

As APTN’s Keith Laboucan reports there are changes in the works.

    Long, long, long overdue. All Canadians deserve better then what has been dished out so far. Will Alberta government pledges amount to anything or more deaths?
