The 45 year-old double-amputee died in a Winnipeg emergency room from a bladder infection caused by a blocked catheter.

He had been waiting more than 30 hours for care

    Nurses have also sobbed because of the errors in care given to poor Mr Sinclair

  2. Dead for 7 hours before anyone looked at him! What is wrong with these idiots? They should all be fired and shamed for what they did. That poor man must have been in agony. I hope none of them ever gets a good night sleep ever again. I am so disgusted and angry at how badly this poor man was treated. These so called “professionals” are beyond incompetent. Disgraceful! Hang your head in shame.
