Ontario creates task force to probe causes behind incarceration rates

The province of Ontario is looking at making the justice system a little more balanced.

The provincial government announced a task force this week to look at issues that put First Nation, Metis and Inuit behind bars at a disproportionate rate compared to the rest of the population.
