Iqaluit's hospital needs repairs but contractor can't be found

Iqaluit’s hospital was in the beginning of a $32 million renovation when the contractor doing the work defaulted and disappeared.

Now people are questioning where the contractor went.

More importantly people want to know where this leaves the hospital.
