Manitoba chiefs are accusing Aboriginal Affairs of bullying God’s Lake First Nation into signing a funding agreement under duress.

Manitoba chiefs are accusing Aboriginal Affairs of bullying God’s Lake First Nation into signing a funding agreement under duress.

Chief Gilbert Andrews was given the new contribution agreement Feb. 27.

He was to sign and send it back to the federal government by March 5.
