It’s an injustice that erupted onto the public scene eight years ago when Jordan River Anderson died in a Winnipeg hospital without ever living with his family in Norway House Cree Nation.

The system that was supposed to be changed so that kids don’t ever again fall between teh cracks while governments quarreled over funding.

But concerns persist that the changers aren’t happening fast enough.
