First Nations children on-reserve continues to be the focus at the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal.

First Nations children on-reserve continues to be the focus at the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal.

The 14-week hearing is underway in Ottawa.

The case alleges the federal government discriminates against First Nations on-reserve by underfunding child welfare programs resulting in a growing number of Children being placed in care.
