First Nations children on-reserve will be front and centre at the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal next week.

It will hear a case that was filled by Cindy Blackstock and the Assembly of First Nations.

The tribunal will determine whether Canada discriminates against First Nation children.

    I think the real question is why hasn’t the federal government put an end to discrimination against first nations children and their families?!! It is 2013 and this is still an on-going topic/issue?!
