TRC reaches out to inmates about residential school experiences

For the last four years Canada’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission has been gathering statements from former residential school students about their experiences.

And now for the first time the TRC will begin speaking with inmates in the Northwest Territories in the hopes that they too can begin their healing journeys.
