Thursday marked the Day to Remember in honour of missing and murdered Aboriginal women across the country.
At a rally in Ottawa, the Native Women’s Association and other leaders pressed the government to do more about the problem.
Family members also took part.
Laurie Odjick’s daughter Maisy went missing four years ago.
Odjick doesn’t think politicians are taking the issue seriously.
