Could it be that a mining company in British Columbia has found the right balance between development and relations with local First Nations?

That appears to be the case at a gold and copper mine on the outskirts of Kamloops.

Two First Nations now have revenue sharing agreements possibly worth millions of dollars a year and job training to ensure meaningful employment for a new generation of miners.
