Celebrating the Mohawks who rivet iron to sky

Toronto’s CN Tower, Montreal’s Olympic Stadium, New York City’s World Trade Centre and the Brooklyn Bridge.

These world famous landmarks are just a few of the many structures that were built with the help of Mohawk ironworkers.

This past weekend was the 10th annual ironworkers’ festival in Akwesasne, NY.
