Burst Iqaluit water pipe triggers city shutdown

The bursting of one of Iqaluit’s main water pipes forced the shutdown of government offices and schools Friday.

APTN National News reporter Wayne Rivers finds out that while bursting pipes are a common incident in southern cities, in the North it can bring a whole city to a standstill.
