Eagle numbers declining in western B.C.

Every year, hundreds of tourists come to the small community of Brackendale in British Columbia to count the eagles. But in recent years, the count has dwindled — from a height of 3,500 to last year’s low of just 700.

APTN National News reporter Tina House visited the annual Brackendale Eagle Festival to find out what’s causing the population decline.
