A community in northern Manitoba is trying to get some answers about what happened to one of its members more than three years ago.

Craig McDougall, 26, was shot by Winnipeg police in August 2008.

By law, an inquest has to take place.

But that’s only after police hand over the investigation.

As APTN National News reporter Tiar Wilson found out, no one seems to know where that investigation stands.
