After 40 years, CAP still pushes on

The Congress of Aboriginal Peoples held an anniversary this weekend in Ottawa.

CAP is celebrating 40 years of serving off-reserve status and Metis people.

The organization discussed housing, the economy and changes to the Indian Act.
