Shooting widow just wants RCMP to say sorry

It is a sore that continues to fester for those who knew John Andrew Simon.

The commercial fisherman was shot and killed in his Cape Breton, N.S., home by a lone RCMP officer during a police standoff in 2008.

But as APTN National News reporter James Hopkin tells us, Simon’s widow is just looking for an apology.
