Aboriginal candidates hope to make ballot box mark

When it comes to federal, provincial or municipal elections, many Aboriginal people don’t vote.

But that’s not stopping two Aboriginal candidates from running for council in Winnipeg.

Shaneen Robinson and Nelson Sanderson say that regardless of who votes, it will take someone like themselves to make a difference.
