  1. Charlene says:

There is obviously dysfunction in this entity. A peer assessment should be done immediately by an independent, review and get rid of the problem people.
Sounds like a micromanaging, and a lack of internal support.
Clean it up and hit restart. This is people’s agony and personal tragedy and it’s being run like a out of control daycare.

  3. What is going on? Can anyone tell me why or why not the new “Family Liaison Units” aren’t helping the families who tell their painful story?

    1. The interference and obstruction of Director of Health is the cause…and thats for the record. We had a Community Liason/Community Relations Manager dedicated like no other who truly has the experience families have had on a missing…asking a small town woman to lead something of this magnitude and not even have any instruments of assessment on had for speaking with families is a disgrace. Community Relations does not need to be interferred by health whatsoever. There are so many people wearing several hats and infiltrating groups, coalitions, families, etc its too much disturbance at this time. This needs to be reviewed by logistics, and probably a “green” executive director does not help the situation either. “Written Without Prejudice”
