Arlen Dumas: Putting the spotlight on the child welfare system and the path forward from a shuttered rail line

APTN Face To Face
When Arlen Dumas was first elected Chief of Mathias Colomb Cree Nation, his goal was to get his people out of third-party management, a goal he achieved. Now, as the recently elected Grand Chief of the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs, he hopes to get all First Nations in Manitoba out of third-party management.

Grand Chief Arlen Dumas joins host Dennis Ward to discuss child welfare, the impact of a shuttered rail line to northern Manitoba, a 1-Billion dollar lawsuit against the Manitoba government and his first 100 days in office.
